Change the way Joomla devs implement jQuery

In case you missed it I posted a blog post yesterday on the Joomla Bamboo blog regarding the way third party Joomla developers implement the jQuery javascript library. The basic thesis is that there needs to be some consensus of how jQuery is implemented in order to remove javascript conflicts that occur simply because more than one extension uses jQuery on the page.
